Please to present TO SUM DEGREE, an exhibition of linear illusions in contemporary works. This exhibit examines depth and volume through two and three-dimensional artworks, focusing on perspective and visual discourse. The works of nine artists reference natural and processual movements in elegantly controlled compositions.
The deconstruction of process and replication of inspiration is the enigma in which artists are bound by their own creativity. Through adventures in scale, movement and perspective, experimentation transitions to experience and the fluidity of progress is then reflected.
TO SUM DEGREE is an abundance of opulent and unexpected forms that make the connection between art and everyday life. Works include abstracts, photography, ceramic sculpture, collage and figures. Each artist makes a significant contribution the overall configuration of this visually arresting and socially convivial exhibit.
