BIG things are happening this Friday. Sculptor Joe Palmoutsos will be displaying his larger than life size sculptures, a first for our gallery. This towering and colorful group of characters, made from upcycled materials, is a must see! Abstract artist, Gabrielle Marshall shows off new work, a large series of high impact texture. From LA Based painter Jose Vertin, a body of work that will seem to lead you into a dimension of its own, a combination of fine art and science fiction. Bill Hawley brings his collection of horror art to display. Cheri Holt is sharing her lofty and dramatic oil paintings on hand stretched canvas, bringing light to the nighttime depictions. Another first is local artist Melissa Arellano, showing off a brilliant series of watercolors and inks. We are open late, so stay and visit the open studios of our resident artists, Nash Rightmer (Laundry Days), Yessíca Torres( Gunmonkey Art), Petrina Sharp, Anna Measures, Jessica Mavros, Jonas Lara and Ali Sablan.

It just gets better, Silent Eagle Succulents just finished a living display of their award winning arrangements. Randi Court from Augora Hills will be showing off her collection of cubism and color paintings. Also, making the trip all the way from San Diego is fine art photographer Jayson Phillips. Jayson's urban landscapes and museum quality presentation a sensational addition to our First Fridays Ventura show!
