Are you passionate about contemporary art and eager to gain hands-on experience working in an art gallery?

As an international art gallery, we represent and exhibit some of the most important contemporary artists, and we're offering a unique opportunity for aspiring art professionals to immerse themselves in this dynamic industry.

Dama Gallery Internship Program:

Tasks Include:

• Assisting with gallery operations, including sales support, artist liaison, research, and event coordination.

• Receiving and assisting visitors, providing information about current exhibitions and artists.

• Contributing to marketing campaigns to promote gallery events and exhibitions.

• Handling inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.

• Supporting administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing documents, and maintaining records.

Interns at Dama Gallery will have the opportunity to participate in gallery events, promotion, marketing, and exhibitions, gaining valuable knowledge and cultivating lasting relationships in the process.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in art and the contemporary art world.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to thrive in a professional environment and work collaboratively with a team.

• Rising undergraduate, recent graduate, or postgraduate student in Art History or related fields.

• Prior experience in museums, auction houses, or galleries is preferable but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs is required.

• Interns must have reliable transportation and laptop.

Pay: Hourly + Commission
